In the event of a severe storm or Hurricane in this area we would secure storm shutters, store unsecured lanai & yard items, check conditions after major weather event, open shutters, and arrange for other services as required.

Welcome Home Arrangements

We can prepare your home for your arrival: adjust a/c, lights, open blinds, light dusting and vacuuming or complete cleaning; stock refrigerator, uncover and arrange furniture inside and out, other services as needed.

Departure Preparation

Store outside furniture. Arrangements for cleaning and laundry services. Prepare for extended close ups and additional requests from owner.

Vehicle Care

We can start or drive your vehicle to maintain performance. This keeps your battery charged and tires from getting flat spots. Home Watch plus can also make arrangements for the servicing of your vehicles. Such as oil changes, tire rotation, and overall maintenance.

Watercraft Care

Perform or arrange for boat or personal watercraft care. Home Watch Plus or a licensed Coast Guard Master Captain will provide the owner security and peace of mind. This service may include scheduled inspections with written reports to owners. Periodic operation of the engine or engines. Exercise the boat or watercraft. Arrangements can be made with local marine contractors of your choice for watercraft servicing, trailoring, and storage. We will prepare the boat for your return.

Contractor Liaison

Arrange quotes for contracted jobs or services by licensed providers. Meet and over see, to ensure performance of service people and contractors. On small jobs we can accompany the service people/contractor for the entire job to ensure the work is being done to your specifications. We will provide access to residence and secure premises upon workman’s departure. Report the progress of the job and provide pictures upon your request. We can assist you with complete home remodeling or any service your home may require. Home Watch plus represents you when you’re not available!
